Established in 1997 as an ASCAP music publishing company, we publish, sell, license, and rent scores and parts for concert music performances of the music of Jeannie Gayle Pool, Zenobia Powell Perry, Beverly Grigsby, and African American Composer Initiative (AACI) Music Publication Series, We also represent the music of singer-songwriter-filmmaker Elliott Barker (Elbarmedia) and the jazz band arrangements by Peggy Gilbert.

A long-time advocate of African American concert music, Dr. Pool has produced (and co-produced) several recordings, that includes the music of Zenobia Powell Perry, Florence Price, Ed Bland, Regina Baiocchi, Valerie Capers, Joshua McGhee, John Henry Robinson, Margaret Bonds, Charles Brown, Jacqueline B. Hairston, Betty Jackson King, Lena McLin, Undine Smith Moore, and Dolores White.  She has worked with the African American Composer Initiative of East Palo Alto, CA, on several of these recordings. She is currently working on a recording of the music of Gertrude Rivers Robinson. All of these recordings are on the Cambria Master Recordings label and are distributed by Naxos.
